At Puppies&Yoga, we want you to be completely satisfied with your athletic gear and accessories. If your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is unworn and in its original condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
